魚料理だけでなく、お肉料理や、和洋をミックスしたバリエーション豊かな創作料理と、豊富な品ぞろえを誇る日本酒やワインなどのお飲み物との組み合わせで、どなたでもご満足いただけるおもてなしを実現いたします。これまでも、「美味い料理に旨い酒」を追求してまいりましたが、加えて「落ち着ける空間」も提供して参ります。
"Seasonal fish and handmade dish Takahama" has been reborn as "TAKAHAMA" with restaurants and bars of natural ingredients, by advanced remodeling.
We are aiming for hospitality that anyone can satisfy with a combination of rich varieties of creative dishes and rich drinks.
We will also provide "cozy space" along with "delicious dishes and drinks".
